Subscription Agreement

This Pro Care Club Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Pro Roofing & Siding LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the individual ("Member," "you," or "your") who enrolls in the Pro Care Club Membership for their residential property. By subscribing to the Pro Care Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Plans & Payment Terms

Available Plans:

Pro Care Club Gold (Once a Year Service)

$49/month OR $499/year

Pro Care Club Gold (Twice a Year Service)

$89/month OR $899/year

Payment Authorization & Renewal:

By enrolling, you authorize Pro Roofing & Siding LLC to charge the selected payment method for membership fees.

Memberships automatically renew on an annual or monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.

No refunds will be issued for unused services or early cancellations.

2. Membership Benefits

As a Pro Care Club member, you will receive:

✅ Annual Roof Check-Up & Attic Analysis (Inspection inside and out, skylight cleaning, and sealing of exposed nail heads)

✅ Large Debris Removal (Up to 100 sq. ft. of sticks and roof debris)

✅ One-Time Annual Gutter Cleaning (Up to 100 linear feet, additional charge for extra footage)

✅ Downspout Check (Ensuring flow from gutter to ground level; underground pipes and French drains are excluded)

✅ Priority Guaranteed Appointments (Service scheduled within 48 hours of request)

✅ Lifetime Repair Guarantee (Roof repairs are guaranteed for the life of the roof while membership remains active)

✅ Exclusive 15% Discount on All Repairs

3. Service Limitations & Scheduling

Membership includes services up to the stated limits. Additional services may be available for an extra charge.

Homes with gutter covers or screens are not eligible for standard gutter cleaning unless an additional service is arranged.

Bagging Option for Debris: Seasonal debris is typically blended with the natural landscape. If bagging is requested, there is a $55 per bag charge.

Scheduling:

Service dates are subject to availability and will be scheduled in accordance with our service routes.

Appointment availability may be affected by weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets, unsafe conditions), we may charge a rescheduling fee.

4. Gutter Cleaning Guarantee

We guarantee proper water flow for 30 days after service.

During fall and winter months (November–January), when leaves fall continuously, we guarantee gutter flow for one rainfall after service.

We do not guarantee underground drainage pipes, buried French Drain systems, or any issues outside of above-ground gutter function.

5. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before their next billing cycle.

If a member cancels a monthly plan before 7 months of payments, no PCC services will be provided.

Cancellation voids all membership benefits, including the Lifetime Repair Guarantee and 15% repair discount.

6. Liability & Limitations

Pro Roofing & Siding LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your roof, gutters, or home.

We are not liable for clogged underground drainage systems or damage resulting from natural debris falling after service.

The homeowner is responsible for ensuring clear access to the property on the scheduled service date.

7. Agreement Acceptance

By enrolling in the Pro Care Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Subscription Agreement.
