1. Introduction

Welcome to Pro Care Club, a premier membership program by Pro Roofing & Siding designed to provide homeowners with expert roof maintenance, priority service, and exclusive benefits. By enrolling in the Pro Care Club, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which outline the scope of services, limitations, and your responsibilities as a member.

2. Membership Eligibility & Activation

✅To activate your membership, you must complete the sign-up process by providing accurate and complete information, including full name, address, phone number, email, and payment details.

✅Membership benefits will not be available until registration is fully completed and payment has been processed.

✅Pro Care Club memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the property listed in the enrollment form.

3. Included Services & Limitations

Your Pro Care Club Membership includes:

✅ Annual Roof Check-Up – Interior and exterior inspection, skylight cleaning, and sealing of exposed nail heads.

✅ Large Debris Removal – Up to 100 sq. ft. of roof debris, including sticks and branches.

✅ One-Time Annual Gutter Cleaning – Up to 100 linear feet of gutters using a powered backpack leaf blower.

✅ Downspout Check – Ensuring flow from the gutter to ground level. Underground drainage pipes and French drains are excluded.

Important Disclaimers:

Homes with Gutter Covers: We are not responsible for cleaning under gutter guards or screens unless specifically arranged for an additional fee.

Additional Gutter Cleaning Charges: Membership includes up to 100 linear feet of gutter cleaning. Any additional footage is subject to an additional charge.

Flexible Scheduling: While we strive to accommodate scheduling requests, appointments are scheduled based on availability and in alignment with our service routes.

Bagging Option for Debris: If requested, seasonal debris can be bagged for an additional $55 per bag instead of being blended into the surrounding landscape.

4. Membership Benefits

✅ Priority Guaranteed Appointments – Members receive service within 48 hours of their request.

✅ Lifetime Repair Guarantee – Any roof repair completed by Pro Roofing & Siding is guaranteed for the life of the roof, as long as the membership remains active.

✅ Exclusive 15% Discount on Repairs – Members receive 15% off all roof repairs while their membership is active.

5. Gutter Cleaning Guarantee

We guarantee that all gutters will properly flow for 30 days from the date of service.

For services performed November through January, when leaves continuously fall, we guarantee proper gutter flow for one rainfall following service.

We do not guarantee underground drainage pipes or buried French Drain systems.

6. Membership Fees & Payment

Memberships are available on a monthly or yearly basis and must remain active to receive benefits.

If you select monthly payments, you must have paid at least 7 months before requesting PCC services.

Payments are non-refundable, and cancellations do not result in a partial refund.

7. Scheduling & Service Performance

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to weather delays.

If we arrive for service and access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions), a rescheduling fee may apply.

If repairs or additional services beyond PCC coverage are recommended, estimates will be provided separately.

8. Cancellation & Renewal Policy

Memberships automatically renew annually or monthly unless canceled.

If canceled, all benefits—including lifetime repair guarantees and discounts—will be forfeited.

To cancel, members must submit a written request at least 30 days before their next billing cycle.

9. Liability & Limitations

Pro Roofing & Siding is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the roof, gutters, or property.

We are not liable for clogged underground drainage systems or damage resulting from debris falling after service.

Members are responsible for maintaining clear access to the property for service visits.
